I hold a PhD in Management Science and Engineering from Jiangsu University, a Master of Technology in Hospitality and Catering from the University of Education- Kumasi, Winneba, and also hold a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from the University of Cape Coast, with over 20 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry through lecturing and training people. I have supervised many students' research, served many institutions as a consultant and trainer, and developed curricula for many years. I have held positions as head of a department, vice dean of student affairs, and council/board member for academic institutions. I am self-motivated, confident, and results-driven with the ability to implement effective administrative control systems.
